Challenge Mission : Dublin - Chapter 3!
This is the explanation from Kareem about the last chapter..
Hey Ade,
Challenge Mission DublinChapter 3 : Elect me, I'm Irish
As in the previous chapter you will get a loot item upon completing every job, so you are able to get 4x of the mastery item. You will need exactly 491 Pints of Stout and 10847 energy to finish it from A to Z.
It is highly expensive in all of them, but the mastery item will replace your Bald Eagle it is the best defensive animal can be looted.

Dublin: Chapter 3, and a Lesson in Irish Politics
Challenge Mission: Dublin's third and final chapter is live. It's called "Elect Me, I'm Irish" and shows the story line of the entire mission leads to replacing the Prime Minister (more on this point below...).
There are four jobs - the first of which provides 8% completion each time donw. For completing each job, you get a powerful Irish draft horse - the Dreacht Capall - with (67/111) stats.
The Dreacht Capall should become your most powerful defensive Animal (see below) - and there are 4 to earn here!
Dublin is in the Republic of Ireland, a nation led by a President, not a Prime Minister. Northern Ireland, a separate Irish province, is part of the United Kingdom, which is led a Prime Minister (e.g., Margaret Thatcher).
Dublin is not in Northern Ireland. So... robbing banks and running TV ads in Dublin to replace the Prime Minister? Probably not.But this is Mafia Wars, not World Government 101 - and Challenge Mission: Dublin sure earned players some nice loot.

And now for that promised Saturday morning lesson in word politics (NERD ALERT!)

Dublin Chapter 2: Saturday Morning
The neat thing about Challenge Mission: Dublin has been that you get the prize for each chapter four times - each time you finish one of the jobs. So, while the setup has been the same as the Mumbai, Paris, and London challenges - with Pints of Stout substituting for Bollywood Reels, etc., there are a total of 12 decent items to win here. No more working for a week to get just one item; now you get the item (and a skill point) each time you complete a job.
The jobs progressively get "harder" in that they take more energy points to complete, have a lower percentage completion as you go, and "cost" one more Pint each time you do the harder jobs. The Heat Meter is also back, with 6 jobs allowed before you go to tan and double your energy and Pint costs. But Zynga has given plenty of time to finish each chapter, so no need to rush, unless you've fallen behind, or just want bragging rights.
For Chapter 1 (pictured above), entitled "Euro Trash", the prize is the Irish Traveler,
an Armor piece with stats of 52/63. Not bad to get four of them, as they will be in your top 501 for both attack AND defense.

Chapter 2 will be live on Saturday morning. The prize will be a Weaponcalled the Black Irish, with 84/59 stats.
Chapter 3 will open next weekend, with (four) very promising animal prizes called the Dreacht Capall, with 67/111 stats. Take that, Xiamen Tiger!
(Nerd alert!: 'Dreacht Capall' is Irish for ' draft horse' - learn more here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft_horse).

Dublin Mission: Chapter 2 - Live
It's here, Chapter 2 of Challenge Mission: Dublin, entitled "Ireland Hopping." The prize for finishing each job is the Black Irish weapon (84/59) detailed below. The first job - "Get the Money to a Waiting Jet" - gives you 9% completion per click, so you can finish it in 8 hours - 6x at the start, and 6x once your Heat Meter goes back to green.
You have a week to finish Chapter 2 and get your four Black Irish pistols. Here's the screen shot from completing the first job:

The second job in Ireland Hopping is called "Fly to a Carribean Island" and gives you 7% completion each time, so it will take 15 clicks to complete - or 16 hours (if you are timing these perfectly) to be done, and in possession of Black Irish #2.
Enjoy your stay in Dublin!

Challenge Mission South Africa Chapter 1
South Africa Chapter 1 is now live. In an unusual twist, the "double mastery weekend" is actually double mastery for South Africa only.
There are 4 jobs for Chapter 1, just like with London. The Heat Meter now can handle 6 jobs before turning to Yellow and 5 jobs before turning to red. Here are the jobs and their percentages:

Arrive In Johannesburg: 1/2/3 Counterfeit Ticket Cost, 10% mastery per attempt (20% for double mastery weekend)
Set up the Mining Union Head: 2/3/4 Counterfeit Tickets, 9% mastery per attempt (18% with double mastery weekend)
Blackmail Him With The Evidence: 3/4/5 Counterfeit Tickets, 8% mastery per attempt (16% with double mastery weekend)
Leverage Your Influence: 4/5/6 Counterfeit Tickets, 7% mastery per attempt (14% with double mastery weekend).
---
I am sure a lot of you will find this was really easy. I was able to do it all within a couple of minutes with ease. It takes about 100 Counterfeit Tickets with the Double Mastery weekend.
The reward for finishing Chapter 1 of Challenge Mission South Africa is the Goalie (armor, 45 attack, 58 defense):

Challenge Mission South Africa Chapter 2: Golden Goal
Chapter 2 of Mafia Wars Challenge Mission South Africa is now live!
You get 60 Counterfeit Tickets for adding 2 people to your Mafia; you can now collect 30 tickets every 24 hours. Here is the job list:
Turn Out The Lights in Durban: Cost: 2/3/4 Counterfeit Tickets, pays 10% mastery per attempt
Pick Up The Bullion: Cost: 3/4/5 Counterfeit Tickets, pays 9% mastery per attempt
Ship The Gold Out: Cost: 4/6/6 Counterfeit Tickets, pays 8% mastery per attempt
Bribe The Refs With The Proceeds: Cost: 5/7/7 Counterfeit Tickets, pays 7% mastery per attempt
I don't know if its a bug or intended, but note that on the last two jobs (at least for me) the cost in Counterfeit Tickets jumped up by 2 when the heat meter went from green to yellow. There was then no increase from yellow to red on the last two jobs. If this is working as intended, it just makes it slightly more expensive to finish up.
It still should be pretty easy, especially if you were able to play during the Double Job Mastery in South Africa.
The reward for finishing Mafia Wars Challenge Mission South Africa Chapter 2 is the Tiebreaker (weapon; 76 attack, 42 defense).
Will have information tomorrow on the new Mafia Wars Las Vegas job!
